Every Tuesday at 5:30 pm, Emiliano, our cellarman, will open the doors of the cellar ... to tell you about our winemaking techniques and let you taste 4 wines (Chianti DOCG, Chianti Superiore DOCG and Tosana IGt Rossi, Bianchi and rosé wines ) from our production combined with bruschetta and Cinta Senese cold cuts.
