Services
| Property | We offer our guests ten charming apartments with a swimming pool, sun terrace and shady seating areas in the olive grove. |
| Outdoors | Our swimming pool with sun terrace is open from 8 am.m. to 8 pm. There is also a lovely walk that will take you through our vineyards to the bowling alley. For the little ones, there is a playground area with a swing and a slide. |
| Internet & media | Satellite TV, free WiFi. |
| Amenities | In our GRANAIO, which is always open to guests, you will find: on the upper floor, a library with books for both adults and children, as well as board games; on the ground floor, a self-service bar that is always available to guests; in the basement, an ice-cream freezer and a gym. |
| Other services | e want to continue the tradition of Tenuta delle Rose as a winery and farm. The houses in our hamlet are surrounded by 16 hectares of land on which there are numerous large vineyards and 770 olive trees. Our guests particularly love the Chianti D.O.C.G., a fresh white wine and the tasty extra virgin olive oil. |

Policies
| Cancellation policy | In the event of cancellation: Up to 60 days before the arrival date: the deposit will be fully refunded. Up to 30 days before the arrival date: 50% of the total amount is due. Up to 15 days before the arrival date: 80% of the total amount is due. |

| Check-in | After 5:00 PM. If you expect to arrive in the morning or after 7 p.m., please contact
info@tenutadellerose.de a few days in advance. Security deposit: €200.00 to be paid in cash upon arrival. |
| Check-out | By 10:00 am. |
| Children and additional beds | Children and extra beds: Baby cot by arrangement 0 - 3 years (€30.00 per week) - Extra bed by arrangement from the age of four (€75.00 per week). |
| Pets | Pets are not allowed. |
| Taxes | The tourist tax is mandatory and amounts to €1.50 per person per night. It applies from March 1st to November 30th, for a maximum of 6 nights. Guests aged 14 and over are required to pay the tax. |
